– It doesn't have to be dark before it becomes dangerous

When Thomas got a new job in the municipality, his daily life changed, and his commute became both longer and more demanding.

– I got a tip from a friend about Safedrive, and thought it was a perfect fit, since I have to drive on country roads so much and so often.

With long distances and frequent trips in twilight and darkness, the need for visibility and warning became absolutely crucial. It's not just about comfort, but about getting there safely every single day.

“I often drive early in the morning. It doesn't have to be very dark before it becomes difficult to see that the moose is standing in the middle of the road in front of you,” says Thomas. Then warnings mean everything.

More than control notification

He is clear that for him, Safedrive is about much more than controls.

– I keep to the speed limit anyway. It's all the other aspects that I use. And it would be a real shame if I were to lose the extra safety I have today.

For Thomas, the community in the system is at least as important as the technology:

– I have reported many times myself, and been reported. It says something about the Norwegian mentality; we want to help each other. If we only thought about ourselves, this wouldn't work.
