Have you experienced the wrong speed limit?

Sorry! Unfortunately, the data we receive on speed limits is not always correct. We would greatly appreciate your help.

Why might the device display the wrong speed limit?

The device displays speed limits based on data from the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (National Road Data Bank). If this information is incorrect, the device will also display the wrong speed limit, often throughout the entire route.

In addition, in some cases you may experience a slight delay in updating the speed limit on your device because:

  • The data from the Norwegian Road Administration is not always completely precise about where the zones start and end.
  • your device may be a few seconds behind when updating its location
  • The GPS signal may deviate slightly, for example in densely populated areas or tunnels.

How can you contribute?

We would be incredibly grateful if you report a stretch where you experience devices showing the wrong speed limit.

We want to create a solution where you can report incorrect speed limits via your device – but for now you can help by using Google Maps to find the coordinates and share them with us.
