Botgaranti

1. Garantien gjelder kun fartskontroller målt med laser som Selskapet ikke har varslet om.
2. Garantien gjelder ikke ved førerkortbeslag.
3. Garantien gjelder bare kunder som betaler normal lisenspris: (199kr pr mnd.).
4. Garantien trer i kraft først når månedslisens og Safedrive-enhet er betalt.
5. Kunden må varsle om kontrollen umiddelbart på enheten sin.
6. Fartsboten må være utstedt til personen som er registrert som bruker av Safedrive-enheten, eller tilknyttet en bedriftslisens.
7. Kunden må søke om dekning av fartsboten senest 14 dager etter ileggelse.
8. Garantien gjelder ikke ved ruskjøring.
9. Garantien gjelder ikke dersom enheten ikke var online ved bøteleggelse, samt ved dokumenterbare tekniske feil hos Selskapet (f.eks., nedetid på server).
10. Botgarantien gjelder bøter utstedt i Norge og Sverige.

    The following terms and conditions apply for the Customer to claim that the Company pays an amount
    to the Customer equivalent to any speeding fine imposed on the Customer (the “Guarantee”):

    1. Applies only to speed checks measured with laser that the Company has not warned about.
    2. Does not apply in cases of driver’s license confiscation.
    3. Applies only to customers paying the standard license fee: (199kr per month).
    4. The Guarantee takes effect when the monthly license and the Device are paid.
    5. Customers must immediately report the check on their Device.
    6. The fine must be issued to the person registered as the user of the Device, or connected to a company licence.
    7. Customers must apply for coverage of the fine no later than 14 days after imposition.
    8. The Guarantee does not apply in case of drunk driving.
    9. The Guarantee does not apply in case of documentable technical failures at the
    Company (e.g., server downtime).
    10. The Guarantee applies for tickets in Norway and Sweden.
